Press sheets—often called raw or plano sheets—are the larger untrimmed sheets a commercial printer runs through the press. RA and SRA formats are intentionally bigger than the corresponding A-series formats, giving production room for bleed, trim, gripper and finishing.
An industrial printer which uses ISO Press Sheets.
Like the A series, RA and SRA formats retain the √2 proportion. They are production sizes, not final page sizes: do not set a brochure to RA4 merely because it will be printed on an RA4 sheet. The imposition and printer template determine the actual document setup.
